Terms & Conditions
We love to accommodate small reunions and family gatherings especially with children. However, all special occasions must be approved by us at the time of booking. The estate has outdoor surveillance for your own safety. In case of a party, event or get together without prior consent, the booking will be terminated without refund.
Staying 2hours or longer passing check out time will result in a penalty fee of daily base rate without discount, and that does not mean you can stay another day.
Smoking, vaping and marijuana is not allowed inside the home, violation will result in $300 fee.
No unregistered guests between 10pm-7am.
Extremely messy home after check out will result in additional cleaning fee of $150(Food stain on furniture, wall, bedding, make up stain, food stain on towels and other things). Please report any problems, concern, or property damage to us immediately to void these additional fees.
HOT TUB Rule and Instructions:
The hot tub is set at 90* when not in use.
Guests would need to turn it up to 104* max as allowed per WA state law about 90mins before use for the water to heat up.
Guests SHALL be medically fit to be in the hot tub
NO make up/lotion
NO open wound
NO drinks/food allowed in the hot tub.
NO children allowed in the hot tub.
Use common sense in the hot tub.
4 persons max at one time in the tub
Please turn temp down to 90* and cover tub after use.
