We love to accommodate small reunions and family gatherings especially with children. However, all special occasions must be approved by us at the time of booking. The estate has outdoor video recording for your own safety. In case of a party, event or get together without prior consent, the booking will be terminated without refund. Staying 2hours or longer passing check out time will result in a penalty fee of daily base rate without discount, and that does not mean you can stay another day. Smoking, vaping and marijuana is not allowed inside the home, violation will result in $300 fee. No unregistered guests between 10pm-7am. Extremely messy home after check out will result in additional cleaning fee of $150(Food stain on furniture, wall, bedding, make up stain, food stain on towels and other things). Please report any problems, concern, or property damage to us immediately to void these additional fees. Swimming Pool Safety Rules: NO lifeguard on Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. NO Diving: The pool depth is not suitable for diving and can cause serious injury. NO running or rough play: To avoid accidents, please refrain from running or engaging in rough play near pool area. Keep Glass Away from the Pool: Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers around the pool to avoid broken glass hazards. NO Swimming under the Influence: For your safety, avoid swimming under the influence of alcohol or drugs. NO Pets in the Pool: For the health and safety of everyone, pets are not allowed in the pool. Use Pool at Your Own Risk: Guests are responsible for their own safety. Please follow rules and swim responsibly. Report Any Issues: If you notice any issues with the pool or surrounding area, please let us know immediately. Shower before Entering: Please rinse off before swimming to help keep the pool clean for all guests. Check-out instruction: Please put dirty dishes in the dish washer machine, turn off all the lights and lock the door on your way. Thank you for choosing us for your stay.
